Installer very helpful and knew his job. Friendly
Terrible company, they don’t work with you. I didn’t legally need their device for a year and a half, and have been paying for it as reinforcement for myself. They Change their rules frequently, if you have to take your vehicle into the shop it’s a nightmare. Sometimes they make you immediately take it to their facility upon pick up; but guess what, they’re only available on Thursday. So you’re “out of compliance” if you pick up your vehicle when it’s done and it’s not on a day they’re ready for you, 75 dollar charge to DMV. And this has only been half the time I take my vehicle into the shop. They’re after your money, and all the penalties are ridiculous and have nothing to do with drinking and driving. Pick a different company since they’re private and all run differently.
Answered all my questions, easy fast install & had all the paperwork i needed ready.
Joey was nice and easy to work with. Made everything clear and fast
Easy install the service was good and staff was friendly.
