Excellent experience from the first phone call to grabbing my car when it the work was done. They got me taken care of very quickly and the customer service was top notch. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local shop. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the team for making my life a bit easier and helping ensure my family and I have a reliable vehicle.

I have a 2013 Sprinter Van. Needed an oil change and power steering fluid flush. I had very specific instructions on exactly what products I wanted to be used and they were not used. However, I recognize mistakes happen, it wasn't willful and the most important thing is how a business handles the mistake and communicates with its customers. Mike did an excellent job communicating and he made every effort to make things right. Ultimately he provided a refund. I am a bit finicky with my vehicle for several reasons and Mike respected that. Based on my experience I can say Lifetime has excellent customer service and I am confident the perform quality work. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for service or repair.

I was impressed with my first experience at Lifetime. Great people, great service. Highly recommend. They really took time to make sure my 08 gmc sierra was safe to drive.

Was coming to lifetime for years for my cars. When I had an oil leak and asked for them to take a look and see where its leaking from during an inspection, they said they needed to clean up the area and put dye into the oil to see where it is leaking from. Next thing I know they wanted 90 dollars for it (Inspection was free). Never discussed pricing before, figured it shouldn't cost more than a few bucks seeing as oil dye is 10 dollars. Will not bring my cars back there. Had great repairs there in the past.

Called them up had my car in quickly for alignment dropped it off Thursday had it back Friday steering wheel was straight could literally feel tightness pulling out of driveway … text me Monday morning wanting to know how it’s driving ????? Won’t get that at the stealership 🤷🏻‍♂️
