Currently on my 2nd z series and I’ll absolutely continue having them install my lifts. I’m a firm believer in the products they offer and I definitely put them to the test. Anytime I’ve needed parts or service Carlie has been more than accommodating. I honestly couldn’t speak any higher of lift and tow, their products or customer service. Yoy will not be disappointed.

We had a fantastic experience with Lift and Tow when they installed our Z series lift in January. Our employee, Alex, said the staff was very helpful and informative when he was there. They even provided a loaner car during the day while the installation was being completed. The cost was great and very affordable when compared to units from similar companies. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

I wish I can give them a more than 5 stars. I got my super series 6 months ago and never had an issue except for little one thing. Super helpful customer service they answer the phones really fast. The guys who installed my lift I really wanna thank them. Always helps me and and gives me the answers that I’m looking for. Ladies in the office thank you guys so much. Be cautious of this company. I bought a z-series lift for my truck in March 2024 and I only had it for 7 months before the z bar malfunctioned. It bent during a proper tow and I didn’t notice it until I went to bring my lift in after the tow. The vehicle towed has no damage. I purchased warranty with my lift but the GM won’t replace it and claimed it was an “improper tow” solely based off of a picture. How is that possible? The GM is leaving me to go through my insurance. Just be aware if you’re tight on money or don’t have a backup tow truck because you will be without and left high and dry EVEN with the purchase of warranty. The lady who answered the phone said she had never seen anything like this before. I won’t be purchasing another product from them in the future. Detroit wrecker se
