I recently purchased a 2023 Bronco Raptor from Lifted Trucks and worked with Alicia “AJ” Sallee. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and love the vehicle. The initial sales discussion felt a bit aggressive, but after I politely asked for a more straightforward approach, AJ was great to work with. She was professional, responsive, and respectful of my communication style. The original price included add-ons like paint and theft protection that I hadn’t requested, but AJ removed them quickly. The price was still higher than expected, but after a couple of days of negotiation, we reached a fair agreement. Lifted Trucks provides a very pleasant, easy buying experience. The staff here was able to handle getting all of the details of a purchase squared away before I arrived. Megan was awesome! This meant all I needed to do was show up, test drive the truck, inspect it, and drive away. It was the easiest truck buying experience in my life. They also keep a wide variety of trucks in stock both here and at their other dealerships around the country. I’m very happy with my Tacoma, and even more pleased with their friendly, no-nonsense approach to selling. I can foresee myself returning again one day.

AJ helped me out. They have a great selection of lifted truck. I got a very nice truck for the money. My only issues: 1. I asked the truck to be cleaned before I drove 9 hours to pick it up. It was not! 2. I asked for a full tank of fuel because I drove 9 hours and was turning to drive home. It wasn't! I was told it was.... 3. The tires rub, which is causing alignment issues that I noticed in videos texted to me. I asked for that to be addressed, which was really never addressed. 4. These should have been done before my arrival. The interior was dirty too. Overall, it was a decent experience. I drove over 9 hours to pick it up. Thanks for a nice truck.
