Lighthouse Car Wash Chapel Hill

I come here all the time to wash my car and pay for the "yacht" which is the most premium wash you can get. Today (10-31) i paid for this wash and no soup was ever dispensed just water. Not even a note to show that they were out of soup

The car wash is great. It cleans very well and I think the price is fair. I did have an issue once with it charging me and the machine not working. It is expected for all tech to glitch at least once. The owner/manager did refund me and I haven't had any more issues. Previous update: Charged me $16.00 for the touchless car wash but the machine didn't work. The only thing it did was spray water from the ground. I'll update if I get a refund.

Update: Just used the touch less wash the Yacht option and unfortunately it didn't do a good job like it did last time. There's watersports everywhere. Is something wrong with the machine? ---- After the issue was addressed I've had no more issues and had a excellent experience and service from Jeff highly recommend using their services.

Went there for a car wash yesterday but the results were not very good. The car was not cleaned dirty and had many spots of dirt still left. Not sure if the pressure or the soap was not good. I choose the cruise package for the clean.

It's a good car wash, just thought it'd have the rainbow bubbles but sadly, it does not.
