What a great experience! A perfect job! Jack is a true professional. He is responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. He saved us a ton of money by fixing our sunroof without up-sales pressure. Fast, simple and straightforward. We had gotten several quotes over the phone by sending pictures of the issue, just as we did with Jack. They all wanted to buy new parts and take the whole thing apart to “fix” the issue. This blew the job time and related cost out of proportion unnecessarily. Jack takes care of all the cars that need windshield work in my shop. He does a great job and is very flexible with the type of work that needs to be done.
