2nd bad experience from this dealer, never going back. 1992 Ford F350 7.3, needed a retro fit A/C kit. Right under where they were working I now have a ruptured fuel line leak dumping fuel. Of course they said it wasn't their fault and they are not covering the cost. The leak wasn't there 2 days ago, but it is now. They wouldn't know because they didn't do the multi point vehicle inspection like they were supposed to. How do I know, look at my air filter. My air housing was full of oil. All they said was I needed tires. What a joke!!

I had pre-ordered a Maverick back in 2022 and it finally arrived at the end of last week. From the beginning Bill Isibil (my sales rep) helped me out to make sure my order went through with no issues. Due to production delays my order kept getting pushed back but Bill always kept me updated. Fast forward to a few days ago when I was ready to pick up my Maverick I had to deal with some issues in which Ford would not honor a price adjustment that they had promised to customers due to the delays. This didn't have anything to do with the dealership but it was more related to the corporate level. During these past few days Bill and his team fought on my behalf to ensure that Ford honored their promise. This place is a hack, took a year old bronco for an oil change 1/2 of the space under the hood was finger prints and oil had to bring it back for them to clean it up. Fast forward 2 years later 2024 took a 2022 Jeep wrangler for an oil change got home and I checked the oil level and noticed the oil was dark I went back they said it’s because I drove it and o let go only to find out this week the place I brought it too said the oil pan nut is stripped and oil was not changed for a long period of time. These people are dishonest. Both my vehicles were brought from other dealerships maybe they don’t like that or they are just incompetent.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Lilliston Ford. I have been taking my car there for the last 4 years for maintenance. This last visit I needed the 60,000 mile workup. Their customer care team took me home so I wouldn't have to wait around. Again this was a very easy simple process with Lilliston. I would recommend them to friends and family. My husband also bought his new truck there and happy to say that was a great experience. He got exact what he wanted!!

I unfortunately experienced the effects of the windshield trim recall while I was on the road. I called the dealership and they were able to get my car in the shop the next morning for repair. Team was professional, customer friendly oriented and overall great service.
