We've had a bunch of work done on our car here (gotta love being a Subaru owner) and the shop is always honest, upfront with costs, and never tries to upsell us. Consistently great work, and the guys (particularly Jason) are so kind. Feels good to have a local shop I can trust!

Took my 2013 Prius for brakes and oil change and a few minor repairs to Lincoln Avenue Auto. The work was great. The staff is informed and transparent. The experience was far better than many I’ve used. Definitely recommend.

I have a really bad experience with this guys there, they manipulated the customers there and charged extremely high for parts and services, they requested 70$ for Mercedes Drive Belt Idler Pulley - INA, which is price is a 18$, and finally they piss me off today when they charge me 202,21$ to replace safety fuse #79 on ML350 for cigarette lighter issue! I leave the car at 9:30am and tell the Jason exactly what the need to replace, on tap of all this he said that charge for diagnostic!!

I had one of my best mechanic experiences here. I have an old Land Rover Discovery (2000) that I keep resuscitating. This time, it needed some chassis work involving welding - a small rust hole was developing. The gas tank strap and some areas in the wheel wells needed repair as well. They did a beautiful job with it all. I went to at least 5 mechanics/body shops before who would not perform any welding work. It's very hard to find places that do such work anymore. Anyway, they do it and do it well.
