Lincoln North Miami Service Center

This was my first and last visit ever going to service my car at this dealership. I took my car in around noon and around 7pm since i did not receive a call about the status of my car i decided to call my self. The lady who answered the call was very rude and asked why were we calling if they had not called yet. I explained that i had to work at 9pm and only have one vehicle and they said to come get the vehicle and to bring it back the next day to see if they can look at the issue going on. The next day I took the vehicle back to the dealership at 9am and then at 12 they diagnosed the car with needing a repair that would entitle waiting for a part that had to be ordered and they could not give out any loaners in the meantime due to they had issue with my car insurance to cover a loaner. I
