This is the worse car experience I have ever had .do not get the extended warranties . Management does not get back to you . 4 months I been trying to get my rim fixed and it’s excuse after excuse . This is after I paid 160k for a car and something as simple as getting me a rental car that is covered in the warranty and fixing the rim as is also in the warranty. We recently purchased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair from this dealership, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Miguel, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to show us different options and helped us find the perfect car. They didn’t have the exact model on the lot, but Miguel arranged for it to be delivered all the way from Missouri, and it arrived in just two days! Lauren, the manager, was also incredibly helpful. She made sure that the pinstripe, which we hadn’t expected from the pictures, was removed without any hassle. She ensured the vehicle was fully updated and ready for us.
