Lincoln Towing And Transport

If you're in Florence and need a tow they should be your first call. Top notch customer service, really compassionate and caring during an intense situation. Our daughter was in an accident on her way to school (we live 2hrs away), by the time we got to Florence we called and scheduled a time to come meet to take pics for insurance. I totally spaced the gentleman's name but he was very helpful and spoke to us like we've known each other for years. He was able to help answer all our questions and we received fantastic communication. Hopefully we won't need towing again but if we do we will only use Lincoln Towing & Transport.

My three kids were traveling late at night and broke down. Go figure the roadside assistance for our auto insurance gave them trouble so here I am 6 hours away in Maryland at midnight trying to get help to them. Mr. Lincoln went above and beyond for me and them to the ford dealership and made sure my kids got to safety. He even checked in with me hundreds of miles away so I would not worry. I will be keeping his number in my phone so should I or anyone else I know ever head that way ever need a tow I will send them straight to him!

Horrible service.....just terrible.
