Lindsay Collision Center Manassas

We’ve had two cars repaired by Lindsay now. My truck was just in for a new front end. Pros: first off I would 100% recommend these guys. The quality of the repair was great (and I’m extremely picky). It was done on time, they communicated any problems and the checkout was great and they explained the lifetime warranty. They also coordinated with the rental company for me and stayed on top of everything with insurance. Cons: check in wasn’t the best. I didn’t really get that warm and fuzzy customer service. The truck wasn’t cleaned very well (probably due to last minute parts coming in but I would have rather waited another day or two). The text updates are excessive and not at all helpful. Lindsay Collision repaired my VW Atlas following a deer hit, let me just say that Carlos Araya was my body shop manager and he kept me informed from beginning to end and also did a superb job in working with my insurance company all the way through completion! Carlos and Lindsay Collision showed me that they were for the customer and I will be sending all of my business their way! Their work is spot on.

Fortunately, I haven’t had too many experiences with auto body shops. That said, Lindsay collision was by far the best experience I’ve had with a shop. They finished two days early, kept me informed of the progress, and did an amazing job fixing the car. They even detailed the interior.

This place is awesome....Carlos did an amazing job on my Dodge Challenger..looks brand new. Very friendly clean and great with time management..the front office staff are very friendly and explained everything i need or would expect to be done. Will recommend this place to everyone who wants a good job done on their vehicles. I even ran out of gas via my fault when I dropped it off with little in the tank. When I got the car back, they had put enough in to get me to the gas station. Some places need help with customer service, BUT NOT THIS PLACE.
