Overall experience and result was very good. The initial experience started off a little shaky though because the vehicle was towed in on a Saturday afternoon and was scheduled to be looked at on Monday at 7:00am. This turned out to not be quite right and somewhat understandable. I was in the very unique situation of having my F-150 in the body shop at the same time (different location) when the HVJB on my 2022 Mustang Mach-E GT went out. So I was down to my kids Fusion that she takes to school everyday, making it inaccessible to my wife and I. To make matters worse, I live 50 miles away. The repair was made under warranty and completed exactly 1 week after it got towed in which is pretty good under normal circumstances, but for me, I was in a real bind without a loaner car. This was my first time using Lindsay Ford Service. My visit was on February 10, 2025. I'd like to thank John Kernan, Service Advisor, for a very pleasant experience. I was there for a recall on my Mustang's backup camera. Mr. Kernan directed me to the customer waiting area and when my car was ready only 30 minutes later, he thanked me for coming in and said if I had any future issues that he would be happy to assist me. Great guy and great service.

Lindsay Ford fixed my Cmax Energy right away, correctly, and for a reasonable charge. Their communication might have been a bit better -- I showed up after my service rep had left, and there was an extra 10 minutes when someone had to find the key, the car, and get the protective paper/plastic out of the front floor. Another small matter: The other Ford dealers actually vacuum and lightly clean, and sometimes wash, your car. These folks did not. Turns out, acc to one of their guys, that if you ask they will do this. But no one had mentioned this. And, after all, I didn't bring the car in for a $600 wash. ... I would think that this is just good customer relations -- look and fee. But overall, I am pretty pleased with the work. - Alan

The service team at Lindsay Ford is outstanding. They’ve helped me take care of two vehicles, an Explorer and an Expedition. They take time to explain the need for repairs and are always courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Oliver and Pablo, amazing service advisors.

Loved working with Sam in sales and Mo and the finance manager! Fantastic dealership and unbeatable prices and they also paid us a $1000 more for our trade than the other 3 dealers I spoke with, and they set us up with two remote start key fobs that actually work and even reset the driver door key to a new code in case there is a lock out. They detailed and cleaned every inch of the car. We will be coming back to (Lindsay ford Wheaton ) and ask for Sam and Mo and for more used pre owned certified cars in the future.
