Our sales person, Jake, was very personable and helpful. It was a quick and easy process. They offered a few things/services we weren't interested in and we appreciated that they weren't pushy or high pressure.

Today marks our third purchase from Derek at LINK CDJR. It started almost two years ago with a brand new Dodge Durango for me, then last summer a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife, and now a gently used 2024 Mazda CX30 for our daughter. Not only are Derek and the rest of team at Link AMAZING!!!! (Sara, Michael, Todd and the rest of the team), they treat you like family. I work as an automotive professional in automotive repair, and more notably, I drive from MPLS to buy from this team. I will not buy anywhere else. Thank you Derek and LINK CDJR for taking such great care of us. *We originally found LINK, because we have a lake place in Chetek WI. It all started with a drive through the lot, on the way home one day.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. We bought a RAM laramie from them in September 2024. The next day it wouldn't start. It took about 6 hours of calling before anyone assisted us with making it right. Then about two weeks after having the truck the exhaust disconnected. We let our salesman know and he said he would get back to us to resolve the problem and he never did. We ended up giving up and took it to a local mechanic to be repaired. Then after 6ish months one of the USB ports burned out. We were told this wasn't covered by our extended warranty they sold us (which attempt time of purchase we were told it cover electronics) and if we want it fixed it would be $400. All that brings us to this month. I thought it was weird that I had not gotten a license plate renew
