I've used this location several times since the previous owner/company. It's the closest car wash, of several in the area, to my home. The staff is actually very nice - engaging and pleasant. Last time I was there may be the last time, unfortunately. They were having issues with their payment system, but the nice young man working said rather than close, they were doing free washes to keep customers happy. Great! However, this system just doesn't seem to work well with the shape of my vehicle. My RX350 was filthy after a holiday trip up north. The front, sides, and likely undercarriage came out great. Then, at my next stop, I noticed the back. It was basically untouched over a large portion. You could see the lines from where the brushes touched, but didn't really clean it - much of it ob

This place has completely gone downhill since the new company took over. The vacuums barely work, half of them are out of service, and their wash even caused an extra crack in my windshield. I already had one, but now there’s another on the right side thanks to them. On top of that, the prices are outrageous — adding wax as an add-on now costs a minimum of $20. Total rip-off. I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I want to like this car wash, but every single time I come, stuff isn't working. They are out of clean towels more times than not, and the trash cans are normally full. Even after washing my car 3 times, the whole back of the car is still dry and covered in dust. This will be the last month of my membership. Today, all the trash was full on the only half of the spots that the vacuums were working and not a clean towel in sight. Most spots did not even have dirty towels. Do better

Eh , Not the greatest. I paid for a single 1 time for $21 , And the dryers that are included did nothing . The parking spots were filled with debris , and the tube shaped vacuum came apart while trying to use it.

First time going there and last time even took my daughter to go wash her car there but not anymore.. this happen to my truck last week and I file a claim and the manager Marissa said it was my fault for trying to drive forward do to no one being there to wide me when they had two more people inside just looking through the window but it was my fault she said now I have to get a new tire and maybe a new rim. It’s so funny because she literally said it was my fault and that I was lucky that she doesn’t charge me for messing up the rail..
