I brought in a new (to me) 2015 GMC Acadia into the dealership hoping to get some guidance on what items on the recommended 90,000-mile service are highest priority. I had a printout of the Maintenance Schedule from the manual as well as the CarFax Service history. The Service Representative I was assigned was Kevin Brittle and right from the start I did not get the sense Kevin was going to go out of his way to be helpful, rather he just answered questions. I had decided to come to the dealership and pay a premium price for the service since they have certified experts, and I thought this was the best place to some to diagnosis what to focus on. The interaction did not go as I hoped at all, but I did ask them to do an inspection and/ or diagnostics to see if there were any codes or repair

What a pleasant experience. No hard salesmanship, or harassing phone calls. Fair prices, and great after the sale service. You can buy a car or truck anywhere, but this place makes the difference. Not just the normal dealership, but one that wants to earn your business, for your next purchase. Makes you feel like part of the Linus family. Glad I went there, and will be back again. We were visitors to Vero Beach and we were just going to sightsee on our first day when we went into our Escalade and could not shift our vehicle. My husband was able to make a temporary fix and we came over to Linus Automotive Group a bit apprehensive of how we would be greeted given that we showed up without an appointment. We met Brian Cardin imn the service department and he was so nice enough to squeeze us in. And while we were waiting we were greeted by Steve Cummins the Certified Service Director who was super nice and cordial and to our surprise, the owner himself Jim Linus came out to say hello.
