Truly a fantastic buying experience, especially considering I was only planning on stopping in to answer some of my own questions that couldn't be answered by looking at vehicles on the internet. Steve Prowett was extremely professional. No hi pressure to do anything. Pointed out many things about the Yukons I did not know after spending months watching videos and reading. He was thoughtful and helpful in making sure I was getting all the information I needed. ZERO buyers remorse. Extremely happy with the vehicle. Very happy about the price. It's nice to know that really enjoyable buying experiences do exist when buying a vehicle these days

I am completely dissatisfied with the service at Linus GMC. I set an appointment a week in advance to get an oil change and a tire rotation and to do a diagnostic on the engine. I arrived at 9am left the car and they said they would keep in touch on when it would be done. I received no calls that day I called first thing the next morning and they have done nothing to the car. I told them to forget the diagnostic and just do the oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be done by 1:30 I got a call at 1:30 and they said it would be done at 2:30 I arrived at Linus and they, have not Evan started to do the oil change or rotation. Went here to buy a truck and the salesman couldn't be bothered. After we asked him to show us an $87,000 truck that I was hesitant to buy, he never even offered to show us anything else. It felt like the salesman thought we didn't have the money to buy it. Went down to Mullinax Ford and purchased the $70,000 truck. This is a prime example of Judging a book by its cover.
