I've taken my car to these guys since I got it and they have been nothing but professional and easy to work with. My parents also use them when they need anything done. I went to this shop because I live near by. My car needed inspected and fix the reason for my car shaking from 20 mph and up while driving. They told me what needed fixed to pass inspection over the phone and how much it would be $1100. They said the shaking was from the of drive axial bent and the washer fluid reservoir needed replaced. I picked up my car about 3-4 days later. I drove off the lot and immediately my car started shaking. I had to return back to the shop. I asked them if they test drove the car before returning it back? Tom told me yes I said there’s no way you did because the problem still exists. Then he said I think they did. I brought my Chevy Blazer to Lion Auto Services for a brake issue. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a fair price, and had my vehicle ready the same day. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. Without me mentioning it, they also fixed my driver-side window, which hadn’t been working, at no extra charge. That kind of service and kindness is rare. My brakes are solid, my window works, and I’ve found a shop I’ll trust with my vehicles moving forward. Customer for life.

Used this shop for 3 services and have 2 more lined up. Was looking for a shop in the Red Lion area. Very satisfied with the entire experience from scheduling, communication from the shop and in person too. Very reasonable costs and Tom the shop manager is very nice, attentive and portrays great customer service. From the front desk too, this shop is old school quality and the shop techs do good work.

I use these guys for my work trucks and personal vehicles. Honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and fair. I absolutely recommend, always a great garage experience.
