I would give it a negative one million stars if I could. My car got towed by them, so I went the next day to pick it up. The guy at the front desk asks me for the car information, and I give it to him. Then he says, "We don't have the staff to move the cars blocking your vehicle." I was infuriated. Then he says "I have to come back monday." For the staff to maybe be there. While all that waiting is going the vehicle is incurring fees. The guy says "We can waive increase fees." Then someone right after me gets their car with ease, and leaves in a couple minutes. The worst evil to live in existense runs this company.

This track shop it’s one of the best in Seattle. They fix it very quick and they also know what they’re doing most of Derwin and Jose keep doing the good job you’re doing.

Tow truck driver stole equipment from my vehicle! Owners do not care... my vehicle is a $100k vehicle not some burned up RV...

These companies plant no parking signs in the middle of the night so they can tow your car. It's flat out roberry

Horrible customer service, made my experience even worse after my stolen car got towed to them by the police.
