I had an amazing experience at Toyota while purchasing my new 2025 Toyota Tundra! From start to finish, everything went smoothly thanks to Monique and Patrick. Monique, my salesman was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I was completely informed about all the features of the new Tundra. And help me set up the app. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his customers. Patrick, the closing manager, was also excellent. He made the final steps of the process quick, clear, and stress free. Both Monique and Patrick worked together to make this one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

This is not the closest Toyota dealership to me but it is my dealership. I just moved to Fort Lauderdale and had to fly back to Texas and right before I left for my flight my truck wouldn't start and I got it jumped and brought it to Toyota and explained my situation and they said I should just leave it with them, go on my trip, they will figure everything out while I'm gone and call me, and it will be ready when I'm back. They even drove me to the airport! Seth was my account manager and he is amazing, took care of everything, ended up being not a big deal at all but they were very proactive in contacting me about it, I got back and my truck was ready to go and the service was amazing, way above what should be expected. Again, not the closest Toyota dealership to me but they are my dealer

Very bad service. I bought a new car and it has problems and they refused to fix it.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location, largely due to the unprofessionalism and indifference of the manager, Andy. From the start, it was clear he had no regard for my customer experience. I had scheduled a car service, and after over two hours of waiting without any updates, I called twice to confirm my shuttle ride—only to be told that my name wasn't even added to the list despite me making the effort to follow up both times. To make matters worse, I specifically asked that my cabin and engine filters not be touched. Yet, I later discovered that my interior door was left misplaced and unaligned. When I tried to bring this up to Andy, he simply told me to speak to one of his employees, completely ignoring his responsibility as the manager to address the issue. At that poi

Terrible service experience at Lipton Toyota! Every time I visit, the staff seems uninterested in their work and provides poor treatment. On top of that, when they returned my car after servicing, it had a bad smell! The management doesn't seem responsive either. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
