Sold my car on 05/06 and was told I was going to receive a check in the mail a few days later. It is now the end of the month and I have been calling but get redirected to voicemail for different managers and once I shown up in person they threatened to call the cops and said they can't pay me. If you are selling your car through Kelly Blue Book to this dealership, DON"T DO IT!
If you are buying a used car, don't forget to check for a roach infestation. After buying it, you will get silence from the dealership and your house will become infested too.
Found a car I was looking for that they got on trade in last night, went and looked today and made a deal. Gave me a very good price for my trade in! Was very glad to be able to do business with them and they made the whole process very clear and easy to understand.
My experience at Lipton Toyota was a 10 or even more. The service in this dealer is like no other, I had the privilege of being assisted by Anibal Avila and I can say...
