Bought my Durango at the Litchfield Chrysler Center, it's the only place I'll have it serviced. For me, it's worth the one hour drive. The folks there are friendly and fantastically helpful. 2019 Ram Bighorn 2500 Hemi. I've been without heat for 3 years in a row since I bought this truck no heat on driver side everybody I talk to every website I checked all pointed to the blend door I couldn't afford to pay $2,000 just to have my gas taken down but finally I sucked it up and was going to pay it. I get a call the next morning my truck was ready to be picked up the heater heater hose was clogged up. You said they blasted it a few times, and now the heat will run you out of here it's so hot they could have easily ripped me off and I would have never known it. I'm only in town temporarily so I'll never be back, but I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart especially the little man at the desk thank you so much you have no idea what that means to me and to finally have heat
