Lithia of Ford DOES NOT Honor their word, we bought a vehicle from them fully paid off, we got the warranty as well, nearly almost pay $400 a month for warranty. We have this vehicle for almost 6 months now, it needed an oil change, great we take it to lithia of Ford because we have warranty. They do the oil change, we get the car back. A few days later our skid plate shield came off, was holding on by only a few screws and those were loose while I was driving in the freeway. Note! We didn't hit anything. I had to pull over in an emergency with my kids in the car to safety, the skit plate didn't have any damage only problem was screws were missing. I serviced my vehicle back in 10/2025. About a month ago I had my head light lamps changed and noticed I did not have an engine cover. I called the service department and was told they would review cameras from the day my vehicle was serviced to see if my vehicle had an engine cover or not since there are vehicles that do not have an engine cover I was told to give them a few days and someone will call me back. I gave them two weeks and no return call so I called them myself. No one was able to help me and was asked to leave my name and phone number and someone will return my call. Here we are 10 phone calls later and I was told the manager Daniel will return may call and that was two days ago and still no phone call. Overall service was good . Accomplished what was needed and appreciated car being picked up. Still waiting( 2 years?) for my doors to be replaced. I brought this up to Christian in my last service. Any possibility of these being taken care of? This year?

If I could give zero stars I would. My vehicle remained at Lithia Ford of Fresno for three months without a completed repair or consistent communication. When I finally retrieved my vehicle, it was still not repaired, and even after a month of having it back, the original issues remained unresolved. After winning my small claims case, Lithia would not take the vehicle back to complete the repairs they were originally responsible for. Despite the court ruling in my favor, they have not paid the judgment, have not returned my calls, and have made no effort to resolve the matter. Their ongoing lack of accountability and communication has been extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. This review reflects my experience.

I brought my truck in they diagnosed. It told me they would order the parts and as soon as they come in and fix the truck and they did just that in a timely manner so thank you Lithia Ford. I’m one satisfied customer. Sincerely, Tim Larson
