Lithia Subaru of Oregon City Service Department

I purchased the Lithia Lifetime Oil Change service, which states that oil changes are provided through Express Service, but in reality, it is not express at all. This location is always extremely busy. Today, even though I arrived at 8:40 a.m., I was told they were already full and could not do the oil change. I was asked to come back another day and leave my car for the entire day, which is not reasonable for a simple oil change. Appointments are also not available. The last time I came, I waited over four hours just for an oil change. I think the system needs to be improved, such as allowing appointments. Otherwise, the lifetime oil change service is very difficult to use.

Desao (sp)was my Service Technician and he was informative and clearly identified my car issue and recommended service plan. Some related additional work was recommended. We went ahead with that so that I didn't have to schedule another appointment. That was helpful and he offered me a ride home and back since the work was go to take some time. New car time is near and I will be giving Lithium Subaru a visit. I've been treated great by all the team members I have dealt with over the years since I bought my 2018 Outback. Had a great experience getting electrical work done here. Even though it took a long time due to the difficulty diagnosing the problem, they were professional and the final cost was extremely reasonable. They went the extra mile trying to figure out what was wrong with our forester, and we are very grateful.

Had a great experience having my first oil change on my new car. The car was in and out in approximately 45 minutes! Wow, what a difference from five hours with another car that was not a Subaru. Definitely worth scheduling an appointment and taking it in. And the service writer was great and kept me well informed.

Scheduled appointment for front differential fluid change with them because they offer me a 15% off discount. Arrived on time check in with the service advisor Randy. Randy told me that they won’t do just the front differential fluid. I have to do the front and rear because the front and rear differential share the same fluid. And quote me $299 after the 15% discount( Gresham Subaru $265 without discount ) . LMAOL…. This is first time I heard that the front and rear differential share the same fluid for any vehicles. Am I looks like a kid or what ? I have to declined the service Based on this kind of knowledge they have for their service adviser. Bye bye Lithia Subaru : )
