I called in the evening because I urgently needed my vehicle moved from my warehouse to the dealership, and she was able to fit me in first thing the next morning. That kind of responsiveness alone is rare. What really stood out was how professional and thorough she was from start to finish. Before even hooking up my truck, she took the time to check the battery and tried to give it a jump so I wouldn’t have to tow it unnecessarily. When that didn’t work, she carefully handled a tricky situation with where the vehicle was parked and the fact that it couldn’t be shifted into manual. Best Holiday save for the Book's Story time : My work van, 3/4 ton Express, right front lower ball joint gave way .
