Had to go to two different locations to pick up parts, needs to have better communication

Went out to the way to get a part available for same day pickup, quick and easy process, keeps me coming back

Horrible service my mother and father are Hispanic individuals around the age of 50, hard-working and honest people went and purchased a part from the store. The part never arrived at their home like they said it would when my parents went to go complain. They said that they needed to wait another 10 days. They waited 10 days. Nothing came up they asked for a refund. They said that a check was going to be mailed. The check was never mailed, and when my mother went Ask for a refund gentleman at the front counter was extremely rude. Refused to give her back the receipt and finally when he did give the receipt he threw it on my mother’s face very unprofessional Will not recommend anybody to have or buy any parts here they do not stick true to their word they are not Better business bureau acc

The person I mainly dealt on the phone with was Great. Unfortunately the people that pull and transport parts could care less. I got a back door that was great in pictures but apparently was dropped after removal because corner was bent. It's nice how they respond after they sell a damaged part. Just too bad they can't have employees that can remove and not damage in the process.

I’ve worked with LKQ for some time and had hoped their warranty would reflect the quality they claim to stand behind. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I purchased an engine advertised with a 3-year, unlimited mile warranty. After installation, the engine had low oil pressure and was found to contain metal shavings in the cylinder—clear signs of a manufacturing defect. While LKQ agreed to replace the engine, they only offered $50/hour for labor reimbursement—well below standard shop rates and far from what’s needed to fairly cover the time and expense involved in removing and reinstalling a defective engine. As a business owner who values time and integrity, I expect warranty support to include full coverage for issues caused by manufacturing errors. It’s disappointing that
