December - 10-2025 @ 1:10 pm Not Happy!! Bad experience!! Thumbs down 👎 I called and talked to the front desk lady, I talked in a good way to be honest, but she was so rude! That she hanged out !! and ended the call directly!! I was still there and I had another question for her🤔Not a professional behavior!! My message to the business owner! Pay attention to the costumer service on phone calls ! Choose the right person! Or you may lose costumers / like you did today! Never use there services again!

Always great parts and usually good service. Unfortunately sales may be understaffed now. Spent 10 mins on hold. When I finally got through the sales person hung up in 3 seconds. He may not have been able to hear me because of an issue with my Bluetooth headphones, but it was very frustrating I had no chance to fix it and wasted 10 minutes of my work day. A little more patience from them would be appreciated, especially when their wait times are this bad. Great parts and service usually. Hope they can fix this so I can buy again in the future.

You guys need to work on phone etiquette. You immediately put people on hold , then 10-15 minutes later answer , and half the times I get put on hold a second time , then get hung up on . It’s getting old .

Great place to save a buck or 2. Lots of cars, lots of parts, They buy cars in the clutch when you need gone or some extra cash. I miss she cash days because the world accepts cash ! They give a check but oh well. Good place to come up for parts or cash.

Very bad very bad representatives I ordered two times. The part was wrong part I waited for 15 days for two times they ordered the wrong parts.
