I think the manager, Junior, and the young gentleman, Harlen, really provided excellent customer service and not only gave such an amazing deal.. but they were quick and I was able to fix my tire and leave satisfied with the experience at this location. God bless kind and helpful people like the guys that work here and helped me out! I was stressed out and treated poorly at other businesses and will gladly suggest that my friends and family go to Llantera Los Vegas for car maintenance.

Went in and was priced for my bridgestone alenza tires at 350 each, so I only wanted 2. Then got my alignment and a patch fixed and that’d be a total of 880. they proceeded to put on these versatrye wheels which are only 117$ and charge me 350 for one. Then when I said no take it off, you tryna scam me, they then tried saying ohhh well you never said bridgestone, when I directly asked may I please have this EXACT TIRE and how much is it for 2? They tried saying they thought I meant the tire size, when I stated I wanted the exact tire and brand. They then said ohhhh well the tire you want is more expensive than our already 350$ tires which is actually 100$ tires. N wanted me to pay AGAIN for mount n dismount on their mistake. Then I got a receipt after my refund and saw they were trying to

This place is ridiculous and have your reminders under age probably about the age of eight years old working no one speaks English and they charge me at first three dollars for air for one tire. I asked him to check all my tires and they want to charge me three dollars. Are you freaky trying to get over on somebody very rude I highly recommend to not go to this place. Or services they should’ve shut down
