Llantera Mil Amores

I am writing this review to warn other families and drivers about my experience with Llantera Mil Amores Tire Shop located at 702 W Southern in Phoenix. My experience with this business raised serious safety and consumer concerns. This shop only accepts cash payments and does not provide receipts for the tires they sell. That alone should raise concerns for consumers because receipts are basic proof of purchase and accountability for any legitimate business. More concerning is that the tire sold to me was represented as usable and safe. However, the tire went bad the same day it was installed. This llantera has been here as long as I can remember. Great prices and great service. Rudy always has a great attitude and does the job good. Whether you want a used or new tires they got you covered. Not to mention they are opened 24 hours.

This place is a joke. And a very unfunny one. I work late night and unfortunately have to deal with places like this sometimes. I got out of work late and found my tire completely flat. I called as many 24 hour tire shops as I could that said they have my tire in stock. To my dismay this place claimed they did on the phone before I arrived. I get there and all these guys working the night shift look pretty scary and one of them kept staring at my car. It was making me super uncomfortable. They were about to do my tire install and just as they were putting the wheel on they decided to take it back and remove the tires they just put onto the wheels and another guy went back trying to search for what I was assuming the correct size for my car. I didn't see until the next day that they put on

They are always busy but are very fast! I've had about 7 flats fixed here throughout the years! Excellent service always! $25 for a flat plus tip.. 👍

Got 4 pretty good used tires, the pressure sensor wouldn't go off. Went back to them I was presented with attitude and unprofessionalism. I went to discount tires and was told that the tire shop broke the tire sensor. I will never go back here. The 2 stars are for the decent tires and the apologize i received from a different worker who i assume was higher up than the ones who was unprofessional.
