She kept me updated the entire time when my car was in the shop. She knew every detail, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole process was correct and smooth from start to finish. Mr. Mike installed my windshield with serious care very clean, very professional work and he even vacuumed my car, which honestly blew my mind. I really appreciate the extra effort he put in. TLDR? Great experience! We were getting ready to travel from Minnesota to Florida. MN was at 7 degrees F. I was warming up the van (Class B) and did not notice that the defroster was on. All of a sudden a small crack on the passenger side jumped all the way to the drivers side. Tried to call a local Safelite, only to find that there is absolutely no way to call a Safelite shop and talk to a person. Then I decided that, since we had a month in Florida planned, I would check out a repair in Pensacola. Lloyd’s had a lot of good reviews, so I gave them a call. Haley was my supervisor for the project, and she was great. She arranged a quick conference call with my insurance carrier and that’s all it took. I appreciate that she took the extra time to find OEM glass too. Installation

Lloyds went above and beyond to help me get my newly purchased truck fixed up! Techs were very thorough and extremely patient. Shop manager and techs helped recommend great quality products to help prevent cuter leaks and got my truck to the level it should have been when I purchased it. Thank you so much

I don’t let just anybody touch my car. This is my fourth windshield on multiple vehicles with Lloyd’s and this is the only place I will go! Lori, Michael and Oliver were outstanding from step one to step done!

The entire team was amazing. Rochelle and Lori offered such amazing customer service I felt more like family than a stranger.
