Nicole was great in the phone and Brian was quick and efficient! They were able to get me in and out in no time!! And saved me money in having to buy a new tire. I’m most definitely recommend coming here and will be back fo any other tire issues I have!! The place remind me of home and family.

I have had my car serviced here a few times and it is always an amazing experience. I recently needed a bolt installed to the alternator, it was causing many problems but now I can drive with confidence. Everyone is kind, helpful and the mechanics fix the issue in a timely manner!

A great big exclamation point flashed in front of me on Nov. 21st while driving a friend to Irvington, VA from Richmond. I figured it signaled low tire pressure. I was almost at the airport exit on Interstate 64, so we got off there. We saw only big chains like Wawa with no full service, so I did a google search for a nearby independent auto shop. Lloyds popped up as a place .3 of a mile away, so we went straight there. They were super busy, and most people seemed to have appointments. They asked me to sit down and wait a bit until someone would check my tires. In much less time than I imagined it would be, they got someone to check the air, and it was found to be extremely low in one tire. 2016 Equinox TPMS I had the TPMS sensors replaced today on my vehicle. As usual the team did an amazing job. Anthony, the service tech was very helpful on the original diagnosis and had the work completed on schedule. He is very polite and knowledgeable, and has won my confidence and trust. Buick enclave broke down wouldn’t start at all. Had to get it towed to Lloyds turned out. It was our starter which we kind of figured. Unfortunately, it was late on Friday when it happened and they’re closed on the weekends so we didn’t get our car back until Tuesday. They ran into a little issue with getting some parts off the car otherwise it would’ve been done on Monday. But other than that, it wasn’t there problem.. Great customer service been going to them for a little while now and we definitely keep going to them and recommend them quite often.
