Went there to have my 84 month Toyota battery serviced and got anything but. Walked into the service area and asked about the battery warranty and was advised they were too busy to check my battery and I’d need to schedule an appointment to have them test the battery. Not wanting to waste a lot of time on a prorated replacement with my vehicle being 5 years old, I asked to speak to someone who could advise on replacement or prorated replacement as the man sitting at the desk in the shop said he had no idea. Once I arrived in the parts service area the effort to help was no better. Was told the battery that has only the name Toyota printed on it was not factory. I asked who else was selling Toyota batteries if not Toyota. He was unable to answer but after looking in his little book share on

The folks at Lloyd's Toyota were helpful as can be. I had a key fob issue and my key fob system was after market. They couldn't do anything for me. BUT!! I appreciate 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝘂𝘆 (sorry. Never caught your name) for helping out. My vehicle isn't screaming randomly anymore. Lol. Great experience there. Randy was very accommodating with staying a bit late to wait for me to arrive. Scott was also very helpful and enjoyable to make a deal with. I got a great deal on a car that I really liked and was in/out of the dealership within 30-45 mins. Extremely easy process and would absolutely buy from them again.

We had an unexpected repair come up a few days before the 4th of July weekend, and every rental car in Jamestown was booked solid. The Toyota dealership went above and beyond by offering us a loaner car for a few days while our repair was being done at Klein’s Collision Center next door (a whole different story for another review). They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely puts customers first—thank you for stepping up when we needed it most!

I’m from out of state and had a semi run me off the road and into a fence damaging my Tacoma. I brought it to Lloyds to make sure the internals were sound and they took care of me and were beyond accommodating. I would drive the 11 hours back to buy a vehicle from them any day.
