Early last week I phoned LandN auto to inquire about suspension work and a new fuel tank. An appointment was set for this Monday 3/9 and I was told that a loaner car would be available. I was also told that they would follow up on the fuel tank question. Today i went into L&N only to be told that i didn't have an appointment. They then assured me they could get me in today if i could drop off the vehicle. I said sure if you are going to give me a loaner. There was no loaner available. I left and told them to call me once they figured everything out. Terrible service. No follow through. Flashy website and all that, total facade of professionalism. Do not recommend

Very weird and mostly bad experience. Came in on a monday and told front desk person my engine was knocking real bad and I was pretty sure the rod bearings were cooked and I wanted to see if the shop could confirm and see what it would cost to put another engine in. She said that falls under the L&N basic inspection or something for new customers and they could look at it on thursday. Thursday comes and I get emailed a report but under the 'reason for my visit' there was no mention of rod bearings which was literally the whole reason I visited, very strange. I call them and ask if they can just give me an estimate for a new engine, and lady on phone says she will call me back in an hour. 2 hours pass without call so I call back, she says she will call me back tomorrow. Very impressed with the people at L&N Performance as-well-as their process. Their communications are superior to any business I have ever dealt with. Communications leave no doubt about where your vehicle is in the process at any given time. Top notch office and mechanical personnel. Extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to explain anything necessary. Could not be happier about the experience.

Updated: Easy to get appointment and could make it online. Helpful and friendly scheduling person and detailed photos provided of the diagnostics process. Followed up well. But, the quotes for the primary repair was about $1200 (to replace a radiator hose/pipe) after a “separate” $100 diagnosis fee. (I greatly dislike paying a diagnostic fee to then feel over charged on the repair.) I decided to take it to another mechanic who didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee who said it might be about $700 but after a full diagnostic it was a more involved repair and the adjusted estimate was $1000. Also L &N quoted me $500 to change 4 spark plugs (I already did this myself a year ago and they proactively offered this service based on mileage, but that is a very high price for an easy access ( top of m
