Greg was my salesman and was very professional as a salesman. He cared about getting me the vehicle I wanted and for the price I wanted without being to pushy. He made the experience easy and hassle free. I have bought vehicles from big and small dealerships and this small dealership was by far one of my best experiences. The vehicle looked exactly like the photos online. They informed me that if I had any issues with the vehicle after purchase that I should bring it back in (Great piece of mind for those first few days after buying a used vehicle). John (the Sales Manager) informed me that since the vehicle I was trading in had a warranty I was supposed to go back to the dealership I bought the vehicle from and I would be owed a check. I bought a super-duty truck from here a few months ago. I am self-employed, so financing is always a little tricky, not to mention that I lived out of state, but they got through it. I have been extremely happy with my purchase. Fast forward a few months and me an my truck were back in Houston. The truck started having drive-train issues that the dealer quoted an enormous sum of money to fix. I bought a 2017 Chevy back in June 2020. The guy guarantee me that this was a good truck with no issues. So without hesitation, I trusted him about the truck. Eight months later-just found out that the transmission is completely gone. I can’t believe that this guy will actually sell me a lemon. I work hard for my money, and I don’t expect it just to be taken away from me like this.Being a businessman myself, I believe in treating people right, Being honest with them and give them the best product I can possible. Highly recommend purchasing a car through Loan Star Motors. Great customer service and down to earth sales people. They went the extra mile for me with my trade in and with the vehicle I picked up. John responded to us immediately after we reached out about a car we saw on AutoTrader. He was very personable and straight forward about what our car was auctioning for and what he could offer us for our trade-in. He even pointed out that they were having a sale on the car we were looking at on their website so it was cheaper than what we found online. He showed us the interest rate approved straight from the bank instead of marking it up like many other dealerships do. He was quick and professional buying our old truck and selling us our new Jeep and offered to take care of anything else we ever needed on this car and any other car in our family.
