I have a 2017 Ford Escape. I brought it in because I heard a loud banging noise in the rear of the vehicle. Come to find out the whole rear suspension , control arms and brake calipers were rotted.also the front brakes were rotted as well . I was turned away by 2 other shops before Local Auto Repair. Thank you Noel and your team for taking on this project. I appreciate your honesty and completing this project in record time. I got an oil change with these guys and it was a perfect experience. The woman at the front desk I was in contact with, Christine, is amazing. They changed my oil with my OWN oil, added the oil supplement I brought in, and used my own filters, so I only paid for the service. Not every place will use the stuff you bring. And they did it fast and were awesome. Recommend the hell out of this place

If your looking for a welcoming honest auto repair shop you have to come see Amanda and her crew at Local Auto Repair. The shop is located East of Pine Island South of Griffen road at the end of 83rd terrace on the right side Davie Florida. The moment I walked in I knew this place was something special. Amanda was helping a customer she was so patient and knowledgeable the lady left her car and she didn’t seem stressed at all. When I stepped to the counter she greeted me like I was a regular at the shop “Good morning how can we help you today” with a big smile. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I’d like them to do a tire rotation she said “it’s recommended when doing an oil change, but it’s up to you” I didn’t feel pressured to add services I didn’t come for. I got in an accident while away from home with a decent amount of repairs required, for a 2017 Audi where parts are hard to get. Local auto repair was EXTREMELY helpful working with me, very receptive, you can tell they take customer service very seriously. Everyone from the front desk to the management to the mechanics are incredibly helpful and nice. The work was great and they worked with insurance to give the best possible outcome for me. I would 100% return to this location without a second thought.
