Starter went in my pick up got it restarted and brought it here . Have a second home up here and don’t have the relationships up here I have at home. I also forgot my purse in the lobby and they kept it safe until I could get it back. my boyfriend and I are on vacation to ski the local resorts for the week. his Subaru WRX control arm lost a bolt and this could of ruined our trip since we drove here! usually have to order special parts. They happened to have an extra Subaru on the lot that saved our a** for the spare part Thank you for everything!

Went in for a radiator hose replacement, new tires, mount and balance, and alignment. + Carl is full of energy and very nice. The man that last checked my car was also nice and explained how they did the alignment. + Radiator hose fixed. + Alignment seems correct. - Auto shop broke my lug nut key, I payed to replace it. - After going to a dealership 1 month later from a 60 mph shaking steering wheel, they informed me two wheels were out of balance. They rebalanced them for me. - One of my wheels is bent (informed by dealership). I wasn't informed by LMS. - Tires were not properly inflated (low air pressure) after new tires were mounted. - High price for standard service.

We left the campground to go the general store and realized a tire had been punctured. Oh no! What will we do? It was around 4:30 on a Saturday. From what little cell service we had, we learned that the car places that weren't closed already were closing soon. These fine folks took time to plug our tire despite having somewhere else to be.
