Brian and Shaun were super helpful in getting me a a full set of new tires for my Altima. The rates were affordable and they helped me find a payment plan that suited my financial situation. I went in for two leaky tires. Turns out I had a nail in each tire. Had them rotate the tires. Next day leaking. Came back in new nail and they patched it. They sold me an alignment . Two tires still leaked came back the third time replaced one valve, even though I told them were both leaking. They said they plugged one and couldn’t patch it and then I should buy a new tire. Sounded sketchy. They also didn’t replace the other leaky valve. Went to the Rogers tire shop. They pulled the tire off and showed exactly where local tire had in fact, put in a patch where they said they plugged it and wanted to sell me a tire. When asked on the phone they said oh in fact he forgot to tell me it was patched not plugged. Did I mention that after each visit they filled my tires at uneven PSI 35 and 43.
