Ezzat was prompt, he showed up on time and was ready to work. He saw how upset and frustrated I was, assured me that there's always a solution and he'd help me find it. He was professional, empathetic and courteous. To be honest, he was my call after AAA had sent a guy who didn't even try. But, Ezzat was the best call.
