Honestly, my favorite auto shop in Yonkers. Idk about anybody else's experience but speaking from my OWN, they have never done me wrong. Always a great job, they have become my go to mechanic. They also let you know what to expect and very transparent. Affordable prices too and knowledgeable workers. They are upfront and trustworthy. I had my oil changed, fuses fixed and more. Absolute amazing group of guys!!!!! My work truck broke down nearby with a leak. They brought me in immediately to get me back on the road as i live hours away. I felt like I was a family member with the friendly care, a reasonable cost, and reassurance showing me the problematic part. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AHMAD at Lockwood Auto

I had a terrible experience at this shop with Ahmed. I brought my car in for an issue he claimed was caused by a faulty part. He said he replaced it and charged me for the work. But the problem didn’t go away at all, it was exactly the same. I had a bad feeling, so I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, and guess what? The part Ahmed supposedly replaced was never changed. It was the same old one, just untouched. I felt completely lied to and taken advantage of. As a woman, it’s exhausting having to deal with dishonest mechanics like this. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money.

Been going to this auto shop for years and never had a complaint. Great guys, good customer service, good work, honesty, cant really ask for more.

Absolutely the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. Brought my car in for a simple fix and somehow left with more problems than I came in with. They overcharge, underdeliver, and treat customers like an inconvenience. Communication was non-existent—I had to chase them down just to get an update. When I finally got the car back, it was filthy inside and making new noises. Either they’re wildly incompetent or just don’t care. Avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn’t trust them to fix a bicycle.
