We recently bought a new car and it came with 3 free oil changes from Locust Street Auto Repair. We went and got our first one done today and the place is phenomenal!! I forgot to ask the gals name at the front but she is very knowledgeable and gave us such great customer service. The waiting area was very comfortable. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks and have a tv to enjoy if wanted. When finished with our oil change, the lady let us know they gave a little look over on the car just to make sure everything was good to go! I am highly impressed and they will be our go to shop now that we live in Redding! Also, we love that it is Veteran owned! Thank you for your service and for the lovely experience today!

The service and work done our car was great! We have 15 year old Volks and they fixed the steering stabilizer and replaced tie rod bushings. Our car is driving like new again! Also the front desk staff are so friendly and very helpful. Don’t hesitate to call them and ask for help on your vehicle.

Erin and Jordan were so nice. I made the appointment for front brakes for the next day. I was there at 8am the parts were already there and they were ready to go. Job was done quickly. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced there. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Locust Street Auto Repair. My oil change included a full inspection, and they sent the complete report directly to my phone, which was really convenient. They also work with my warranty, which was a huge plus. The shuttle service made things easy, and the waiting area was comfortable with drinks and snacks available.
