My experience: 5/22 - ordered JL Destroyer 2-Door Rock Sliders 6/4 - emailed and response was currently in production, probably 2-3 more weeks. So far, I’ve found the LOD bumper products to be excellent! I’ve only had the bumpers on my Jeep for about six months and I do not expose this vehicle to salty roads. So I can’t yet rate them on longevity. The folks at LOD were all very helpful and friendly. I drove to their factory in Indiana and picked up my bumpers, receiving a significant discount for doing so. Strongly recommend you discuss this option with them if you live close enough to pickup the parts yourself. Everything was extremely well packaged for shipment, so be prepared to cut a lot of foam batting out of the box in order to access the parts, and double check your parts lists to make sure you are throwing out parts along with the packing. Wonderful product to work with. I had a few areas that looked like the power coat didn’t stick right but overall great product. Definitely would order again. Both bumpers and side steps were installed at home in the dirt. Love it.

I recently purchased an LOD BLACK OPS bed rack and tire carrier for my wife’s Jeep Gladiator. Upon opening the boxes which were extremely well packed, UPS still managed to damage the box itself and lose 2 brackets. I called LOD, sent pictures and ring cam video and they immediately sent out the missing parts at no cost to me. Excellent customer service and fairly easy to install by myself. The main install challenge was the rail clamps and installing a Pace Edwards Leer Jackrabbit bed cover at the same time. I would recommend running the bolts through the rail clamps before install to clear paint and excess metal from the bolt holes. Very happy with the products I purchased and will be purchasing many of the accessories soon.

If you need or want a quality bumper for your Jeep Wrangler, you will not find a better engineered product. Protection during shipping is second to none. Highly recommend LOD products.
