Gave me a car that broke down every 2 weeks. Engine light kept coming on and they kept finding “different” reasons. I’ve been towed twice back home. On two separate occasions they had they car for a week and once over the weekend. When I picked up car I had to wait. It wasn’t even on property. 20 minutes I waited and when returned oil was smeared on interior and issues wasn’t fixed. Car stopped driving completely June 12 2023. Brendan and Laurie Loftus we’re made aware. Yet on July 12th I got a voicemail to call him. Today when I returned call he’s response was “I thought you were bringing me the car to fix” … clearly they don’t listen/pay attention or care about the safety of their customers. THE CAR STOPPED DRIVING AS I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY… ONE LANE. I had to wait 2 hrs on the side

Recently I found a specific used mini-van I wanted. I reached out to Loftus and connected with Laurie. So pleasant to work with; open and accommodating to my ideas on how to complete the State to State transaction. I have bought a lot of used cars through the years from around the country and Loftus has been my most pleasant to date!

To be honest I Was thinking about Brendan and his dealership every time I get the urge to buy a vehicle I always see what he’s got. I bought a Tahoe from him years ago and that thing had served me well. It went to his shop one time and he fixed it right away.never had any issue and received my title with no issue whatsoever!!!! Giving him a good review now because I never did before!!!!!!

I got a 2014 Honda Civic from the LAC, could not be more happy with my decision. Reasonable prices for a used vehicle that has not given me any issues since purchasing a couple years ago.

If I could go negative stars I would. If you buy a car from here after reading the reviews, then shame on you like shame on me. I read the reviews and still went. My car has been in and out of the shop since I purchased it. I finally took it to a shop that wasn't owned by Brendan and they were in shock. They couldn't figure out what his mechanic did (and they worked on it for almost 2 months straight after I purchased the car) and now when the GOOD mechanic calls, Brendan suddenly has AMNESIA! He can't remember selling the car in 11/2024 and it is 4/2025. He does not have ANY of the repair records of me bringing the car back, having the car towed back...NOTHING. Then tells the new garage to have it towed to HIM and he will fix it.......ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They new mechanic wouldn'
