If you need any type of service done on your car Lok automotive is where it’s at. Jon and his team are honest, reliable, and genuinely want to give you the best price they can. Every time I bring my car in to get serviced or repaired, these guys not only show me exactly what’s going on in front of me, but they offer realistic solutions that work with my budget. I can’t say enough good things about them or recommend them highly enough. Another plus is that while you wait there, their doggy mascots Molly and Sterling are there to give you cuddles!

Great experience! I brought my 2019 BMW 330i xDrive for installation of new brake rotors and pads that I bought online and in store respectively. They ran into a small issue while replacing one of the rear brake pads which resulted in me ordering a new brake caliper and having to wait extra days to get my car back. However, I commend their communication skills and technical skills despite how annoying or indecisive I was lol. Their services aren't the cheapest price but definitely worth it. I was worried about the brakes making noise but after testing both highway and city speeds thankfully there isn't any noise. I love my new brake set up and look forward to working with them in the future.

I took a car here that I’m considering buying and had them look it over, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been coming to Loc for quite some time after a friend recommended them, and they’ve always been solid. They’re thorough, honest, and take the time to really check everything, which gives me so much confidence when making a big decision like this. Truly the best mechanic experience I’ve had. So grateful for them.

Best repair shop I have had the pleasure to deal with. Flew in from Houston to pick up our car at SLC airport to drive back to Houston. Had some issues that needed attention before I drove 1500 miles. Expected to have to rent a car and spend a few nights in a motel. They diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue, cleaned the oil from the block and 2.5 hours later we were on our way. $242. Drove home (1500 miles). No problems or leaks. Would have all my auto work done here if I lived here.

I used to take my Outback to them, now my Tacoma and my wives Crosstrek. Max is always great, Jon is super friendly, the mechanics always seem to be smiling and chatting, and of course the pups are stoked each time you walk through the door. They’re super fair on pricing, never try to upsell, and always willing to do whatever weird work I’ve thrown at them. I wouldn’t want to take my cars anywhere else.
