Had a phenomenal experience at this shop. Great reasonable pricing, masters with electric issues. they fixed my car in a matter of days where another shop held it for a month and still couldn't figure it out. Micheal is a man of integrity. Will be going back if needed and same with my family and friends

I took my car to this shop for a diagnostic and was clearly quoted $185 upfront. When I returned to pick up my car, suddenly the price had jumped to $400 with no repairs done. That’s more than double the agreed amount. When I questioned it, they tried to deflect by saying a dealership would cost more. That’s not the point—the point is they changed the price on me after the fact, which is simply not honest business. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope this encourages others to be cautious and the shop to rethink how they treat their customers.

Took my car here multiple times they fixed the issue. A couple weeks later the tail light stopped working again took it for warranty job . All of a sudden my warranty is voided because they want to bleed you dry.

I’m a Combat Military Veteran and a School Teacher. Would not offer a payment plans. My car has been here twice within the course of 2 weeks. He will bleed you dry, warranty???? What????? Wouldn’t do it again. And to boot won’t come pick you up to get your car.

Rude / Scam / Bad Attitudes / There Scam is to get you in to diagnose your car and get make you pay around 200.00 dollars and if you don't pay cash you have to sign a mechanic lean release ( THERE REASONING YOU HAVE TO PAY CASH IS BECAUSE PEOPLE PUT STOP PAYMENTS ON THERE DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS AFTER PAYING THEM PER THE RECEPTIONIST ) if you don't get the work done there they can charge you 650.00. In all my years of auto repairs I have never heard or seen this type of practice. I TRIED TO CALL THE OWNERS CELL PHONE SEVERAL TIMES TO DISCUSS AND HE SENT ME TO VOICE MAIL THEY WANT YOU TO LEAVE YOUR CAR SO THEY CAN CATCH YOU IN THERE MECHANIC LEAN CONTRACT TRAP..... BUYER BEWARE...........
