Lone Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

We purchased a new Wagoneer, and when I say Lone Star went above and beyond, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was 2 years into a lease with another dealership and extremely upside down. Lone Star worked some impressive magic to get me into our Wagoneer with terms that fit our budget. On top of that, we live over an hour away and they made the process so easy - even delivering the car at 9pm on a Friday night to close out the deal. The salesman we worked with, Kenny Moore, was so kind, patient, and very communicative. He and his manager met every question or roadblock I had with viable solutions and abundant humor. Was my first time at this dealership for service. Usually I would be greated as soon as you enter the service area. But not at this place. You have to enter the service door and ask for help. So I did was quoted an hour to wait for an oil change and between $100-to $115 . Well my wait was not that long it was more like 39 min and I payed $110. The waiting area was spacious and cleaned and had a Large TV to watch. The restroom were very clean. If you like seeing jet's fly by this is the place.

Took my 2025 Gladiator for service and decided to add the Auxiliary switches. Bruno was very helpful in explaining was going to happen with my vehicle. He also followed up with phone calls until the service was completed. So far, satisfied with their customer service. Update as of 01/10/2026: Each time I go for service, get multiple calls for a survey or rating, which is very annoying. Hope Fernandez Honda stop that practice, although the service is good.

I was told my vehicle would take 4 to 5 days to get fixed, well, it was there 8 days! Working days! Not including sat/sun. I myself had to call on the status of my vehicle because they were not updating me. 1st said it'll be ready Monday, then Tuesday then Wednesday, Said they were waiting for parts to come in thats the excuse they kept telling me, so when the parts did come in the guy said he was out sick. ( so no one else works because he was out? ) Finally on the 9th day i pick it up at 5 pm. Next morning, Friday, I go run errands and its overheating! (Didn't get far.) One of the reason I took it in was for over overheating! I had to pull into a Walmart parking lot. Called dealership told them the reservoir to the coolant was empty the radiator was dry empty they forgot to fill it with

I took my 21 GCL in for service. Made the appt the day before and was greeted by Parker when I got to the dealer. Parker was very friendly and professional, I was also kept up to date through texts on the progress of my vehicle. Making such a quick appt I expected my jeep to be there all day but I had it back within 4 hours of my time slot. I will be returning for future maintenance!
