Jan was a great sales person very straight forward easy to deal with and this was my First RV so I had a lot of questions for him. I would buy from them the next time for sure. I bought a Jayco Flight and the kids love it so far so good

Run run run the other way … I was so excited to purchase my first travel trailer I work out of town. Upon delivery there was no screws in one of the stabilizers in which u need to properly level the trailer. A couple of weeks later I discovered the water heater did not work .. in looking for a solution to no hot water I noticed leaks mold under the trailer on one of the slides. Also wrong screws screwed in wrong holes .. the roof saturated in mold and mildew .. the shower leaks the lights quit lighting … had a tech come look it over he also informed me the ac isn’t working correctly , the bedroom slides also put together.. all this I discovered under 30 Days of purchase I informed them and they quit taking my calls .. We were camping and was having electricial problems and went to buy a new outlet for the outside of the camper and the lady called up one of the techs and he offered to test our power cord to make surecitvwas not the issue. We went back and grabbed the cord and had it tested. Very nice of them to offer to do it and to do it at no cost.

Lone Star Rv are professionals! Definitely give them a shot if you’re thinking about an RV. We worked with Ty ahead of time and then also Bob Russo is a pro and a great dude. Thanks Lone Star RV, we’ll return someday.

We thought we were buying quality, that is why we looked at Jayco. We've owned it for 2 years, living in it while we develop some property. We don't move it, its stationary. Here are the issues. 1. Had to pay an RV tech to finish installing the A/C as the factory workers do sloppy work. Barely was blowing air because the ducts were not sealed properly. Also a sensor was not installed correctly per Dometic specs. 2. They don't install the black tank wash connector correctly. This is where the fresh water supply connects to the black water tank to clean the tank. At the factory they quickly stab it in the tank instead of drilling a hole first. This ends up cracking the black tank and now it leaks when full. Someday I will have to replace this and it will cost thousands of dollars 3. The fres
