Lonestar Auto Repair Katy

I received a notification that my vehicle had a wet oil pan after my last oil change. I visited Lonestar, and they found no problem. They even showed me under the vehicle to reassure me. The service was excellent.

RUN AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TERRIBLE PLACE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL RUIN YOUR CAR AND TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY! i would put zero stars if i could. i came there to put air in my tire and two seconds after i drive off my rim falls off in the middle of the road. i immediately returned, explained the situation to the old guy in the lobby (im assuming the owner) and he immediately starts being defensive saying they didn’t touch my tire and they did nothing. i kindly explain that my rim has never fallen off like that prior to me bringing it to them so if they could just put it back on. the younger guy that works there( later revealed to be the owner’s son) is the one who put air in my tire so i ask him directly and he says that he had to adjust my rim to put the air but that my rim wa

Very worst experience. They told me all the excess repairs and high value repairs even my car didn't have any of them. Skip it and avoid this auto repair shop.They were just randomly telling your car has this problem, that problem ,might break down soon and stuff. Very bluff ppl. Seriously waste of time

Will mess up, lie, and gaslight you. They don’t always know what they are doing, will mess up a car, then try to avoid fixing damages they caused. If you read the reviews this has been happening for years now. Bad business practices, unhelpful people, they do not care about customers.

Wife took our new Truck to get inspected and I was on the phone with her, I received a alert from my truck that I had a flat tire, immediately I told my wife to go check on the truck and turns out that the guy did something to my truck while he had it and busted the tire. I do regret not being there because I would’ve made a big scene, but since my wife was there, the owner and son took advantage of my wife, even making excuses that my wife drove that truck like that to the shop. Stay away from this place these people are stupid and don’t know what they’re doing.
