Alec has Great customer service. My sister dodge journey was totaled and Alec answered every question that we had, and gave his honest opinion about the vehicles condition.Resulting in my sister saving more money for a newer vehicle.

The absolute best! Hands down, the service was great. We had broken down and needed to get our van to a shop. Showed up and gave our van a look to determine what might have gone wrong with it. If it only needed a jump, he was good for that too. I would have paid handsomely for even going that extra mile. On the way to the shop, conversation was good and put our tension at ease because we were in good hands. I highly recommend the service and keeping the number handy should I ever need his services again. Thank you for helping out.

I had a unique situation where I am in Dallas and the vehicle was with Lonestar Towing in Natalia and I needed to get pictures of the vehicle damage. I called the location and Alec answered and was extremely pleasant and helpful. He knew the exact car I was calling about and before I could say anything else he asked how the occupants were as he knew they were injured. Extremely thoughtful! I asked if I could send someone over to take photos and he offered to take them and send to me but was on a run and would not be until later in the day or tomorrow (not an issue for me). Less than 10 min later I had the pictures as he had his sister take them for me. I called in a panic, crying & overloaded emotional wreck. Alec was calm was able to get my location and showed up when he said he would! He is an absolute Rockstar! Not only did he get us out of the mud but stayed to make sure we got out of the area safely.
