I love Lonestar’s service department! They have their mission statement and values displayed at the cashiers window so everyone can see if what we are paying for lines up with the written values of the organization. And guess what…they live their values! Here is why I say that. My wife and I have a custom SuperC motor home we built on a Freightliner Columbia chassis. After driving for 6 months around the USA We had a list of items ranging from Air conditioner issues to rear brake pads. We knew a week ahead of time we would be driving through San Angelo so we called and talked to their service dept about our list and their ability to fix stuff. Pure trash, a company who can’t stand behind their work and admit when they are wrong. Looks like a 3yr old finger paint job save your money and your time or you’ll be wasting them both again to have another shop correct their mistakes

Amazing Service from the parts department! Jon went above and beyond expectations. Called after they closed, and Jon delivered a part 95 miles away to our truck that was broke down at 10pm!!! Definitely will be recommending this dealer, and Jon to everyone.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Had our International truck towed here at the end of January, 2024, due to transmission issues. Not once during the entire communications were we told that they did not have the right equipment to perform work on our truck. We did not find this out until after we paid way more than the estimate originally give and only then was our driver allowed to gain access to the vehicle. When he started the vehicle, the warning light was still on and at that time he was told that they were not certified to work on Internationals. Once our driver was able to leave in the vehicle, the truck is still having the same issues. They changed out 3 different parts on the vehicle and it is still not working correctly. We were 260 miles from home and the def header went out and we were loosing power. Just made it to the service area. Wilson fixed it and reprogrammed the computer in a short amount of time. He got us back up and back on the road to finish our vacation . Thank you for all your help and support!
