Absolutely a wonderful experience. After being told my car needed an expensive repair, took it here for a second opinion. They examined it, showed me pictures and videos and it was all good! Mike was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and Bubb the good boy dog was a fun addition. A pleasant experience all around!

I feel like you can usually tell how a shop is going to care for your vehicle by the way they care for their place of business and long arm mechanical definitely runs a tight ship. I brought my car in to find out what the front end noise was and also for a oil leak. And instead of taking my money, I was told that it would be in my best interest to put that money into a newer car, because it was going to cost a lot of money. And the car mileage and year you didn't validate what needed done. Honest people right here!
